What We Do
Our care is patient-centered and optimized based on the patient’s needs. We provide proactive and effective behavioral care to patients in long-term care facilities. Services are evidence-based to ensure optimal care and are delivered in a manner that meets the multiple requirements of today’s environment.
Every patient is matched with a dedicated team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and/or clinical social workers, who all work to provide quality, consistent care.
At PGS, We recognize that we are one part of a larger care team. Our clinical and administrative staff collaborate with our partner facilities and act as consistent, trusted, and accountable partners. We support facilities’ compliance efforts and provide educational talks, tactics, and procedures to improve resident care.
